    Bellaria tower 3 at  9245 Jane Street has a super luxurious foyer with a grand chandellier that takes your breath away.  The amenities include a wine cellar and high end finishes that scream luxury.  However, many units don't have balconies.  If that's important to you, then look at other towers in the same gated community.

    Bellaria Tower 1 at 9225 Jane Street is the original building and located closest to Jane and Rutherford.  If you take public transportation, the time savings to Vaughan Mills bus terminal is 10 minutes less due to a shorter walk. Tower 1 is also a great option for investors who rely on ease of access for their renters.  

    If ultra luxury in tower 3 is not your style and if you don't like tower 1, then Bellara tower 2 at 9235 Jane Street is just right.  It has all the amenities of the other towers, but a subtle foyer and lots of balconies.  The only down side is visitor parking.  Tower 2 has few outside parking spots, thus your visitors will need to enter the buildings garage which can be confusing for your guests.  Alternatively, they can walk from tower 3 which has several parking spots and a short walk to keep your guests fit.

    Bellaria tower 4 at 9255 Jane Street  is the newest condo tower and combines the best of all previous towers with one major down side.  Depending on the unit, your view may be obstructed by the other building.   On the up side, the east facing units look onto trees and the building has a swimming pool.  This building is also a non-smoking environment.
